This work depicts a story from Myra’s mother’s country called Lirrun. A young snake man came from the South of Pukarra. The man had been trying to steal a young girl to become his wife. She called all the feather- foot men and they chased him away to Pukarra. The marks in this work show the feather-foot men chasing the serpent snake man through country. © Warakurna Artists
