Ken Wayne has been carving ironwood and painting on canvas, paper and bailer shells with natural ochres since the early years of the Ngaruwanajirri group.
Ken Wayne has been a respected leader and Chairperson of the Ngaruwanajirri group for over 15 years.
The subject matter of his paintings are often Tiwi traditional weapons and Tutini (pukumani poles).
