Payment to Nomad Art for goods or service can be made by credit card – Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are all accepted. To complete a transaction phone or email us, quote your card number, expiry date and cardholder’s name and the goods will be dispatched once the transaction is approved. Freight charges are added to the cost of the consignment and confirmed with you before the transaction is concluded. Nomad Art also accepts cheques, and direct account transfers. Please email confirmation of any direct payment into our account.
Nomad Art aims to provide the most economical and efficient method of delivering artwork. All consignments are securely packed and insured in transit. Registered post, road and airfreight are all used. The cost of freight is additional to the cost of the art work.
Delivery prices are negotiated once consignments have been packed. We endeavour to send consignments at the most economical rate that also guarantees their safe arrival. We use TNT Global Express or Australia Post.
Customs charges may be levied when a package reaches your country. Nomad Art is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what the charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that we cannot refund the purchase price for artwork that you decide you do not like after it has been delivered, but which was accurately described and presented on the website. If you have any doubt about a work, please contact us before you buy it and we will try to satisfy any questions or concerns that you may have.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of an artwork or the accuracy of its presentation on our website, you may return the artwork at your cost to Nomad Art within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price. You may do this provided you contact us to advise us of your intentions and provided that the work is returned in its original condition.
If a refund is agreed we will notify you once we have received the returned goods in the same order that they were delivered to you. Freight costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. As the item will be at your risk until received by Nomad Art, we recommend you insure the item when returning it.
We warrant that the goods that we supply or that are ordered through Nomad Art will be of merchantable quality and at the time of purchase will be consistent with the description of that item on our website. We provide all other warranties and assurances implied or imposed by law and statute but any other warranties or guarantees are hereby negated and excluded to the fullest extent possible at law.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Your credit card (if you are using one) will be charged in Australian dollars. Some banks and credit card companies charge a fee for currency conversion and any such fee is at your cost.
The images and information contained on this website are reproduced with the endorsement of the artists and Indigenous art centres involved. Copyright of images and text remains the property of the artists and may not be reproduced without written permission.
The information and services provided on our website are provided in good faith without warranties or representations of any kind other than as expressly stated.
Nomad Art shall not be liable for any reliance placed on information in relation to which Nomad Art has not guaranteed accuracy. Any inaccuracies on this website which are brought to the attention of Nomad Art will be corrected as soon as possible.
Nomad Art shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, including (but without limitation) any late delivery of goods or services or the downloading of infected data.
To the extent that the liability of Nomad Art cannot by law be excluded, our liability shall be limited to either replacing the goods in question or refunding the cost of those goods.

It can be accessed from other countries around the world and these countries have laws which are different from those in Australia. By accessing this website you agree that the laws of Australia will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website.
