Artwork Story
This print depicts some of Eubena’s traditional country, which is far to the south west of Balgo. This country is centred around Kunnawarritji (Well 33), along the middle and upper stretches of the Canning Stock Route.
The circles depicted represent tjurrnu (soakwater), the parallel lines show the tali (sandhills), and the small dotting depicts some of the bush foods of the area, including minyali (seeds) and kantilli (bush raisins).
