Artwork Story
Louise Pandella was born at Unbal on the banks of the Daly River. She went to school at the Mission and worked for a long time at the Convent after finishing school. She trained to become a teacher for her own people and undertook further studies at Melbourne University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in teaching.
Louise is married and the mother of seven children. She also the Daughter of Mary Kanngi and sister of Miriam Rose Ungunmerr.
